Refund Eligibility

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Shih Tzu puppy—or if a licensed veterinarian identifies any health concerns—you may cancel your purchase within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds are not available after the 30-day period.

Return & Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Puppy Health: The puppy must be in the same good health condition as when it was shipped.
• Puppy Match: The puppy must match the description and photos provided on our website.
• Return Puppy Authorization (RPA): All returns require an RPA, which can be obtained by submitting a detailed reason for the return.

Refund Process

1. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, an RPA number and return instructions will be issued.
2. After the puppy is safely returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days using the original payment method.

Refunding Online Payments

• Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD).
• If the original payment was made in another currency, your bank will handle the conversion from USD to your local currency.
• The final refunded amount may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your Shih Tzu puppy immediately upon arrival.

• If there are any health concerns or if the wrong puppy has been delivered, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs & Return Requirements

• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
• The buyer also assumes the risk of loss or damage to the puppy during transit.
• All returns must comply with relevant shipping and animal transport regulations to ensure the puppy’s safety.
